DUTY (NOT APPLICABLE ON ORDERS WITHIN THE US)

If applicable, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. These costs must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Sadly, we have no control over these charges - and cannot indicate these additional cost before your purchase, as customs policies and duties greatly vary between countries. We recommend contacting your local customs office further information on additional charges before you place an order, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges. TRACKING

Free tracking on all orders so you can follow your package until it arrives at your doorstep. All processed orders will be given a dedicated tracking number in the confirmation email to trace your delivery. Our logistics partners offer the service to find out where the delivery is currently, the estimated time of arrival and changes to delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Lil Legs Baby offers a simple returns policy for all products purchased online - subject to the rules detailed below.

Shipped Orders

You have 7 days from when you receive your package to return your order.
Please ship it back within 3-4 days so that we can have it back in the store by 7 days.

You have up to 14 Days to return your items for a website credit.
Once we receive your item, we will email you a website credit.

Pick Up Orders

When your order is ready for pickup you will get an email letting you know.
If you did not receive the email, it means your order had not been fulfilled yet. 		Your return needs to be back in the warehouse within 7 days from when you received your pickup confirmation. After that time frame, refunds are not available. You have up to 14 Days to return your items for a website credit.
  • Returned items must be undamaged, unused, in its original condition and packaged with all labels, tags and barcodes still attached. A packing slip or copy of your confirmation email must be included in your package.
  • Return time does not allow for any exclusions including holidays.
  • Returns must be back within 7 days for a refund and 14 days for a credit. Please send back your return with ample shipping time.
  • Please allow 5-7 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund or exchange. Once a refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product for refund or exchange is in our absolute and sole discretion 
  • Return shipping is at the buyers expense
  • We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
