-All items purchased on SALE, or using ANY DISCOUNT CODE, are FINAL SALE.

-All returns must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery or pickup email for a refund and within 14 days for a website credit.
After 14 days all orders are final sale.

-Return time does not allow for any exclusions including holidays.

-All returns requests must be made thru the portal.

You can either ship it back with our return label which will deduct $7 off your refund or you can drop it off at our warehouse.

- Returned merchandise must include all tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. (unused and unwashed)

-There is a 3% restocking fee for all RETURNS.
Returns over $500 USD are subjected to a 6% restocking fee.

-A packing slip must be included in your package.

Important Note Regarding Promotions: If a return is initiated and a promotional item is part of it, and the return amount is less than the value of the promotion, then the promotional fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

We do not do exchanges. Please return the item and place a new online order.

Please allow 5-7 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to bungalow colonies, or gated communities

However, in the occurrence that we can fulfill your cancellation request, please note that a 3% restocking fee may apply.
